Yes, we ask for a minimum six-month term when you list your property with us, and we explain everything up front so you are completely comfortable before you begin. We screen guests, set clear house rules and use the platforms' guest protections and security deposits. And because Brad is local, someone is always close by if a property needs attention. We also recommend you hold your own short-term rental landlord insurance, which covers your property for holiday letting and gives you added peace of mind.

Our pricing and listing optimisation are built to keep you booked through the seasons, and because we are paid on a split, filling your calendar is very much our job too.

Free-to-air reception can be a little patchy at our Keswick Avenue units, so we recommend using the smart TV and WiFi to stream your favourite services. That way you always have plenty to watch, no aerial needed.

Yes. All of our homes have off-street parking for one car, and Karma Waters has room for two. The details for your particular home are on its listing and confirmed in your booking.

To keep our homes fresh and comfortable for every guest, we do not allow pets in any of our properties.

Absolutely. Many of our homes welcome longer stays and we can often offer a better weekly or monthly rate. Just ask and we will sort it out.
